The official The Sims website offered a couple of (official) houses to download. One of those houses was the Valentino household who, once imported into the game, lived at 8 Sim Lane.
If you move out the Valentino family the house will cost §77,036.
We still have the Valentino house available for download!
Bulldozed this lot costs §7,000.
